Some spots from Urumchi

The last Westerners and Chinese would think of Urumchi is it beeing a modern city. A guy from Urumchi customs told me, usually when he travels to any other place in China and tells the people that he's from Urumchi, they tend to ask him: "Urumchi, do you have cars there?" He usually answers: "No, we don't, but we have donkeys!"
